Please read and follow these house rules to ensure a comfortable, safe and pleasant stay at Fuka House.
10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Please keep noise down so neighbours and other guests can sleep.
Please smoke only in the designated outdoor areas.
Pets are not allowed inside the premises or guest rooms.
Outdoor shoes stay at the door. Slippers are provided.
Guests are responsible for keeping valuable personal belongings such as cash, jewellery, passports, personal documents and electronic devices in a safe place in the room.
Fuka House shall not be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the guest's failure to take reasonable precautions.
Bringing weapons, illegal drugs, prohibited or stimulative substances, flammable or explosive materials, or any other dangerous items into Fuka House is strictly prohibited and subject to applicable Vietnamese laws.
Pets are not allowed inside the premises or guest rooms of Fuka House.
Smoking is not permitted inside guest rooms or indoor areas. Please smoke only in the designated outdoor smoking areas.
Guests are kindly requested not to move, rearrange or remove furniture, equipment or other items belonging to Fuka House from the room.
If you would like to change the position of any item, please contact the Fuka House Manager for assistance.
In case any property, equipment or item is lost or damaged due to the guest's negligence or misuse, the guest will be responsible for the actual repair or replacement cost.
Guests are not permitted to change rooms or bring additional guests into the property without prior registration and confirmation from Fuka House.
Foreign guests are required to present a valid passport and relevant valid residence documents upon check-in, in accordance with Vietnamese regulations.
Fuka House reserves the right to refuse accommodation where the required documents are invalid or expired.
Guests are responsible for the accuracy and validity of the documents provided to Fuka House and must comply with all applicable Vietnamese accommodation and residence regulations.
All forms of gambling, possession or use of illegal drugs, prohibited substances or unauthorised stimulants, as well as any other illegal activities, are strictly prohibited within the premises of Fuka House.
Guests shall be fully responsible under Vietnamese law for any violations.
Please do not gather, play loud music or make excessive noise that may disturb other guests or the surrounding neighbourhood.
Quiet hours: from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
In the event of fire, smoke or any other emergency, please remain calm, immediately notify the Fuka House Manager or nearby persons, and follow all fire safety and evacuation instructions.
Guests are kindly requested to keep their rooms and common areas clean and tidy.
Please do not break, stain or damage sofas, bed linen, pillows, mattresses, towels or other property.
Please dispose of rubbish in the designated areas and keep the kitchen clean and tidy after use.
In case the kitchen or room is excessively dirty and requires special cleaning, a cleaning fee of VND 500,000–1,000,000 may apply, depending on the actual condition.
Any damaged or missing property will be charged based on the actual repair or replacement cost.
Outdoor shoes are not permitted inside the house. Please use the indoor slippers provided by Fuka House.
Before check-out, please settle all outstanding charges incurred during your stay and return the room key or key card to the Fuka House Manager.
